Admission & Eligibility Policy

Please review before applying.

1. Policy Statement +
NAVA International maintains a structured, merit-based, and cohort-limited admission process to ensure program quality, participant accountability, and institutional integrity. This policy defines the eligibility requirements, selection criteria, and participation obligations for all applicants.
2. Eligibility Requirements +
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
  • Identify as an Afghan woman or girl
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer
  • Have stable internet connection
  • Demonstrate basic literacy
  • Agree to attendance and conduct requirements
Failure to meet these requirements may result in automatic disqualification.
3. Admission Criteria +
Admission is competitive and cohort-based. Meeting eligibility does not guarantee acceptance.

4. Priority Consideration +
Priority consideration may be given to applicants who:
  • Reside in Afghanistan
  • Are refugees or displaced individuals
  • Have limited access to formal education
  • Demonstrate financial hardship
  • Exhibit leadership potential and long-term commitment to educational advancement
Priority placement is not guaranteed but strengthens selection chances.
5. Participation Obligations +
Admitted participants are required to:
  • Attend a minimum of 80% of scheduled sessions
  • Complete assigned coursework and evaluations
  • Maintain professional and respectful conduct
  • Comply with program communication guidelines
Failure to meet participation standards may result in suspension or removal without certification.
6. Certification Requirements +
Certificates of completion are issued only to participants who:
  • Meet attendance thresholds
  • Complete required coursework
  • Satisfy program performance standards
Certification is issued only after full program completion.
7. Institutional Authority +
NAVA International reserves the right to:
  • Modify program structure
  • Update admission standards
  • Adjust cohort size
  • Enforce removal policies
  • Revise this policy as necessary to protect program integrity

Before You Apply

Thank you for your interest in joining a NAVA International educational program.

Our programs are designed for women who are committed to learning, developing professional skills, and preparing for future career opportunities.

Admission is competitive, and the number of available seats is limited. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.

Please read the following requirements carefully before submitting your application.

Minimum Requirements

To apply, you must:

  • Have access to your own laptop.

  • Have reliable internet access.

  • Have your own active Gmail account.

  • Have your own mobile phone number.

  • Have an active Telegram account with a username.

  • Be available to attend online classes.

  • Be willing to complete assignments on time.

  • Participate in the admission interview.

  • Attend the mandatory Zoom orientation if accepted.

English Language Program

NAVA International is also offering an English Language Program for students who want to continue developing their English language skills.

The program will start at the Intermediate level and is expected to take approximately one year to complete, with the goal of taking students from Intermediate through the Advanced level.

Applicants interested in the English Language Program should have an Intermediate level of English or higher before applying. English proficiency may also be evaluated during the admission process and interview.

Program Details:

Starting Level: Intermediate

Program Duration: Approximately 1 year

Target: Completion of the Advanced level

  • You cannot attend the admission interview.

  • You cannot participate regularly in classes.

  • You cannot complete assignments on time.

During the Program

Students are expected to:

  • Attend classes regularly.

  • Complete all assignments on time.

  • Respond to official messages from NAVA International.

  • Respect instructors, staff members, volunteers, and fellow students.

  • Protect the privacy of all participants.

  • Charge their laptop and mobile phone before class whenever possible.

Technical Requirements

Applicants may be asked to provide:

  • A photo of their laptop.

  • A screenshot of the laptop specifications.

  • Proof of internet access.

Applicants must also be able to:

  • Join Zoom meetings.

  • Turn their microphone on and off.

  • Use their camera.

  • Share their screen when requested.

Certificates

Certificates are awarded only to students who:

  • Maintain satisfactory attendance.

  • Complete required assignments.

  • Successfully complete the final project.

Future Opportunities

Participation in a NAVA International program does not guarantee employment or freelance opportunities.

Outstanding graduates may be considered for future internships, projects, or workforce opportunities offered by NAVA International.

Removal from the Program

NAVA International reserves the right to remove participants who:

  • Provide false information.

  • Use another person's email address.

  • Use another person's mobile number.

  • Fail to attend the admission interview.

  • Have repeated unexcused absences.

  • Repeatedly fail to complete assignments.

  • Violate participant privacy.

  • Display inappropriate behavior.

  • Fail to follow the policies of NAVA International.
